• Showers, towels, and changing rooms are available. 
• Personal accident insurance is included (but not for damage to the vehicles).

Exclusions

• All personal expenses spend for shopping, drinks and dining etc n-site during the tour.

How to Redeem

• Download the soft copy of the voucher from dashboard or e-mail.
• Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone.
• It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up time.

Important Information

• A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
• All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation. Time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Vouchers should be presented at the counter.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during tours.
• The hotel transfers are available on sharing basis in Pattaya, Jomtien and nearby local areas only.
• No refunds, amendments, or cancellations for unused, missed, partially used, or no-show services.
• Outside food and beverages may not be allowed as per venue regulations.
• The operator and suppliers are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience.
• Entry may be denied for non-compliance with venue rules, safety guidelines, or dress codes.
• Children requiring a separate seat will be charged as per applicable rates.
• Late arrival, missed transfers, or no-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Guests missing transfers must arrange their own transportation.
