User Data Deletion

At The UAE Junction (operated by Arabian Junction FZC LLC), you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we collect, how to request deletion, and what to expect.

What data we hold

Depending on how you use our platform, we may hold: your name, email address and public profile details received when you sign in with Google or Facebook; the contact details and messages you send us through enquiry or contact forms; and booking details you provide. We do not store your social account password.

How to request deletion

Email sales@theuaejunction.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address linked to your account, or message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 589 8221. Please tell us which account or email address you would like deleted so we can locate it.

How we verify your request

To protect your account, we confirm that the request comes from the email address on file before deleting anything. We may ask one or two questions to confirm your identity.

What happens and when

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We permanently remove your personal data from our active systems, except where we are legally required to retain limited records (for example, transaction records kept to meet tax, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations).

Revoking social login access

You can also remove our app’s access from your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or your Facebook account (Settings → Apps and Websites) at any time. This stops future sign-in but does not delete data already held — please use the request method above for deletion.
