How cashback credits work

Your cashback credits are shown in AED and added to your account automatically. Redeem them as a discount on a future booking.

Across the site you'll see these rewards described as "cashback credits." Here, "cashback credits" means non-withdrawable travel credit redeemed as a discount at checkout — not withdrawable cash.

How to earn cashback credits

Welcome, profile and referral credits are added immediately and are ready to redeem. Referral signups pay AED 5 instantly, up to 2 per month and 12 per year for friends who have not yet booked. When your referred friend completes a paid booking you receive AED 20, added the day after their booking. Your 2.5% back is added after your booking is confirmed. Birthday credit (AED 25) is valid for 7 days.

How to redeem

  • Minimum order: AED 600
  • Maximum discount per booking: the lower of AED 200 or 20% of your order total
  • Applied as a discount at checkout, on the booking price only
  • Cannot be combined with other promo codes on the same booking

Cashback credits cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.

Program terms

Non-monetary value. Cashback credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred outside the redemption system described above.

Cancellations & refunds. If a booking is cancelled or refunded, credits earned on that booking are removed (proportionally for partial refunds). Credits you redeemed on a booking that is later refunded are credited back to your account.

Expiry. Cashback credits expire 12 months after they are earned. Birthday credit is valid for 7 days.

Account integrity. Credits may be adjusted or revoked in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of platform policies.

Program changes. UAE Junction reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
