How to Redeem

• Download the soft copy of the voucher from dashboard or e-mail
• Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone.
• It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up.

Important Information

• A valid photo ID or passport must be carried and displayed at the entrance.
• Booking confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Vouchers should be presented at the counter.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during transfer tours.
• Guests who fail to avail of the transfer service must make their own arrangements for transfers or tours.
