Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The UAE Junction, we want your booking to be clear and worry-free. This policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work for tickets, tours, experiences, staycations and packages booked through theuaejunction.com. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
How cancellations work
The UAE Junction acts as an authorised reseller of experiences operated by third-party suppliers (theme parks, tour operators, hotels and attraction providers). Cancellation and refund terms follow the policy of the supplier for each product, which is shown on the product page and in your booking confirmation before you pay.
Requesting a cancellation
To cancel or change a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible:

Please include your booking reference and the name on the booking.
Refunds
- Where a booking is eligible for a refund under the supplier’s terms, applicable cancellation charges are deducted and the balance is refunded to your original payment method.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14–21 business days.
- Some products are non-refundable once confirmed — including visa fees, non-refundable hotel rates, flight tickets, and dated or one-time event tickets. Where a product is non-refundable, this is stated on the product page before purchase.
Date changes & amendments
Requests to change dates, names or services after confirmation are subject to availability and to the supplier’s amendment rules, and may incur additional fees.
Cashback Credits on cancelled bookings
Cashback Credits are earned only on completed, non-refunded bookings. If a booking is cancelled and refunded, any Cashback Credits issued for it are reversed. See our Rewards Program Policy.
Non-arrival / unused tickets
Unused tickets, no-shows, and partially used passes are non-refundable unless the supplier’s terms state otherwise.
Changes by the supplier or force majeure
If a supplier cancels or materially changes an experience (for example due to weather, closure, or force majeure), we will pass on any refund or reschedule option offered by that supplier. The UAE Junction is not liable for losses beyond the amount paid for the affected booking.
