Legoland Malaysia opened in 2012 as the country’s first international theme park. It is built with children in mind, though grown-up Lego fans will find plenty to enjoy too. You enter through the Legoland Arch, made from Lego bricks, and the park is laid out in zones: The Beginning, LEGO Technic, LEGO Kingdoms, Imagination, Land of Adventure, LEGO City and Miniland, with around 40 interactive rides plus shows and attractions.
LEGO Technic is home to rides such as Project X, Technic Twister and Mindstorms Academy, while LEGO Kingdoms has a brick castle and The Dragon roller coaster. Imagination lets children build and take on indoor and outdoor challenges, and Miniland recreates landmarks from China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos in Lego. Choose the Theme Park alone, the Water Park or Sea Life, or a combo, and add optional private transfers if you prefer not to drive.
