Ski Dubai brings a full winter day to the middle of the desert, right inside Mall of the Emirates. The indoor resort has five slopes of varying difficulty, including the world’s first indoor black diamond run, so beginners and confident skiers both find their pace. Families can head to the snow park for tubing, tobogganing, climbing towers, giant snowballs and an interactive snow play zone, all with winter jackets, trousers, boots and socks provided.

Choose the pass that suits your group, from snow park entry with the Snow Classic and Snow Plus passes to 2 hour or full day slope sessions for experienced skiers and snowboarders. Thrill seekers can look out for the Snow Bullet zipline above the slopes and the Giant Ball roll. Inclusions differ by pass, so check your option before you book.

• Ski Slope Session, 2 Hours: Two hours on the slopes for experienced skiers or snowboarders, with equipment provided at the venue.

• Ski Slope Session, Full Day: A full day of slope access for experienced skiers or snowboarders, with equipment provided at the venue.
• Snow Classic Pass: Entry to the snow park for snow play and family activities.
• Snow Premium Pass: Premium snow pass with a time slot coordinated by our team, confirmed at least 48 hours before your visit.

• Operating hours are approximately 10 am to 11 pm.
• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13, and children under 14 must be with an adult at all times.
• Slope access is for experienced skiers and snowboarders only.
• Snow Bullet zipline: minimum age 8, height 125 cm and weight above 30 kg, adults up to 120 kg.
• Phones and cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter area.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed, and eating on the cold side is limited to Avalanche Cafe and North 28.
• The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant guests cannot take part in the activities.
• For Snow Premium, your slot must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your visit.
• There is no refund for unused or partially used tickets.

How to use your ticket

• Open your e-ticket on your phone once your booking is confirmed.
• Show it at the Ski Dubai entrance in Mall of the Emirates for scanning.
• Collect your winter gear and head onto the snow.

This ticket is non-refundable, so cancellations after booking are charged in full.
